In a career that has spanned more than 60 years, Milton Glaser has produced internationally recognized work in many fields of design. His accomplishments have been celebrated with one-man shows at both the Museum of Modern Art and the George Pompidou Center. Glaser was the first graphic designer to receive the National Medal of the Arts.

Design writer, critic, and educator Steven Heller will talk with Glaser about his passions, his books Art is Work and In Search of the Miraculous, and his plans for the future.

Steven Heller will sign books in the exhibition hall after the program.
